For career growth, first you make your career stable, then you pass any govt. exams like ssc, bank, upsc or any other state level exams for higher growth and money.

5 Tips for Career Growth.

  1. Set goals and create a plan to achieve them. Could your career development and management use help to gain momentum? People who are the most successful and satisfied in their careers have proactively determined what they want from work.Develop a timeline, including milestones. Bringing your boss and his or her sponsorship and mentoring into the picture will ensure that you have an internal mentor who will help you manage your career.Utilize company programs. Some companies have formal programs to help employees develop their careers. In others, you will need to informally pursue your career development. Companies with programs generally focus energy on helping employees develop and follow a career path.
  1. Own your career path. A career path can be discussed at several bi-annual meetings with your boss. Some companies demonstrate a deep commitment to their employees by assisting where possible with resources of time and dollars. However, remember that it is your career path.Write it down. Career paths are recommended for the same reason that goals are recommended. They are the written plan that can help each employee take charge of what is most important to his or her fulfillment and success. Without a plan, you can feel rudderless and you have no benchmark against which you can measure your progress.

If you want to grow your career skill in the private sector, you must be technically strong. if you belong to any technical background like B.Tech or relevant qualification, there is a higher probability of getting a job rather than other ordinary qualification.

But if you are interested in government jobs like UPSC or SSC, you must be a graduate. There is no requirement of technical background.

You must be strong in some subjects like English, Mathematics, General Knowledge, and Reasoning.

Having only technical skills that we learned through our education is not enough for getting a job in the private sector. There are some other skills that working professionals should develop for their career growth.

You should focus on being effective rather than being smart. The results you produce from your work should be efficient. Apart from this, you must make sure your work is helping the organization in making money. The other skill that you should have that you should be able to make decisions with just enough data you have. Try to make quick decisions.
