Is B.E.(CS) on par with MCA

Respected Sir,
I have a doubt. I finished my MCA Degree. MCA and B.E.(Computer Science) are par with or not. If Yes can you quote the UGC Clause for proof(MCA and B.E. (CS) are equivalent)

BE can not be equvalent to MCA.
one is batchlar and another is master degree but
both courses are to become a Software Engineer.
