What all should be attached with the application form, when we are applying for a UG course to study abroad?

Application form of the University
Covering letter.
Application fee cheque. In case the fee is waived or deferred, enclose a photocopy of the letter.
Statement of purpose.
Letters of recommendation from your teachers (unless they are required to be mailed directly to the university concerned)
Photocopies of test score reports.
Financial statement.

10th / 12th Markesheets and passing certificates
College Transcripts
Standardized score reports (GRE / GMAT / SAT / TOEFL / IELTS / PTE )
3 Recommendation Letters (LORs)
Statement of Purpose (SOPs)

Affidavit of Support from the sponsor
Any other certificate related to academic/extracurricular activities
