You should do contact with the institution directly with the following documents:
a copy of the transcript of your tertiary academic record which gives details of the courses you have taken and the grades achieved.
documented evidence of your proficiency in English
a statement of your work experience and career intentions
Refree reports (it is important to submit these if you are applying for high level management and research programs)
It is the institution which assesses whether you have the educational capacity and English language capability to undertake the proposed course, so you should supply as much relevant information as you can. It will help the institution if you provide, together with your transcripts of results in each subjects in each year, some information on the curriculum followed in those subjects.
If you are accepted, the institution will write a letter offering a full-fee place and outlining the costs. Please note that you will be required to pay at least the first semester cost of your course at-the time of enrolment. On receipt of the fees, the institution will confirm enrolment and will send you a document called 'Acceptance Advice Form' which is essential for the issuing of a visa for entry to Australia.
