IIMC Course Update Proposal Rejected

IIMC and XIC offer 1 yr and 9 month courses whereas The Delhi School of Communication offers a 2 yr course so m really confused...

Also i recently read an article on the Deccan Herald that IIMC's course has been deemed outdated by the HRD ministry and there application to start a 2 yr course rather than a 1 yr course which they already have has been rejected..

I know IIMC is a good brand to study under but if it is teaching an outdated course i am having second thoughts to apply there...

please guide me in what to do
