Eligibility to apply for BTech at NIFTEM after passing +2 in 2009

I am doing BSc 2nd year. I wish to apply for BTech at National Institute of Food Technology and Entrepreneurship Management (NIFTEM). I passed +2 in 2009. Am I eligible to apply for it?
