Form where can I get the application form for MAT 2012 to appear for September?

Application form can be obtained from with against cash payment of Rs.1,200/- from listed branches of Banks (available at www.aima-ind.org/matsep12), listed Nodal Centres of AIMA or from AIMA offices at New Delhi
Application form can be obtained by crossed Demand Draft (DD) of Rs.1,200/- in favour of 'All India Management Association' payable at Delhi from any Bank. Register online at website link www.aima-ind.org/matsep12 alongwith the DD details.
