My son is studying in 12th. Can he apply for Times Scholarship? How much is the amount that a candidate will receive?

Top 20 Times Scholars will get a cash scholarship of Rs. 5,00,000 each and 80 students will be given Rs. 5,000 each as a special mention scholarship.
