NEET PG - How to get a seat / centre ?

I am from Kerala and looking to write NEET PG Entrance examination, but I cannot find any vacant seats for Kerala centres, and checked with centres in other states, but all of them are filled up and there is no vacant seats available. But my friend could find seats in Cochin center yesterday evening, Actually what is happening ? I request the concerned authority to grant sufficient seats in each centre or allot more centres to enable us to write the NEET PG examination.
