Can I know from where to get the application form to apply for steward/ cook course for 2013? When is the last date to apply for the same? To which address I need to send it?

Application format are available at all Naval Establishments, Rajya and Zila Sainik Board Offices and on website www.nausena-bharti.nic.in
The last date for receipt of application is 06 JANUARY 2013. For candidates of North East. J & K. Andaman & Nicobar Islands. Lakshadweep & Mmicoy Islands last date of receipt of application is 13 JANUARY 2013.
