To do PG diploma after distance education

I have completed Bsc in Microbiology. It is done through distance education. Am I eligible to apply for PG Diploma in Packaging at IIP (Indian Institute of Packaging)?

You are not eligible as the institute does not give admissions to those who have completed degree through distance/ correspondence/ part time.
