The term communication has been derived from Latin word "communis" which means commons. It refers to the serial of contact process. Communication is a continuous process of telling, ordering, commanding, listening, questioning and answering.
Newman and Summer define communication as "an exchange of facts, ideas, opinions or emotions by two or more persons."
