dilemma for pursuing MS in US
#1
Hi all,

i got graduated in Electronics and Communication engineering in the year 2004. Since then i have been working in ABB(Asea Brown Boveri) a top class MNC as a Sr. engineer in process automation division. My primary work is to develop logics/code for control systems.

The thing is iam very much interested in doing a MS from US.
My preferred subject is VLSI.

All i want to know is, Is it good to do a MS after such a long time and in the VLSI or should i prefer something related on my current experience.

Honestly, if you're more interested in VLSI I'd just say go for it. Life is too short to do things that you're not very interested in. Even though most of your experience isn't directly related to VLSI, I'm sure it will come in handy regardless.
