Germany has recently revolutionized its educational system all around the country, getting up-to-date with the newest and most innovative teaching methods and techniques, hiring well known professors from all around the world to teach their field of expertise.
The MBA qualification came to Germany relatively late by Western European standards, with PhDs often proving to be the degree of choice among executives. However, the credence of the MBA has increased in recent years; consequently, so has Germany’s prominence as a study destination.
Indeed, the country was the fifth-favorite potential study destination in the world among respondents to the QS Applicant Survey 2015, and second only to the UK among destinations in Europe.
Among the world’s top business schools listed in the QS Global Business Schools Report 2017, five are to be found in Germany for the quality of their full-time MBA programs. In the report, schools are assessed for the strength with which their MBA programs are regarded around the world for employability and research excellence. The tables below show how Germany’s top business schools placed in each indicator.

Hi shashank,

GMAT score is mandatory for many business school programmes, not all of them test the candidate solely on the basis of GMAT score. It is usually the executive programmes which offer MBA without requiring a GMAT score. However, these schools give high weightage to work experience of the candidate.

Along with the GMAT scores, other important criteria which should not be overlooked for admissions to the top business schools, is the English proficiency exams. A few English proficiency exams are IELTS, TOEFL and PTE.

German institutes accepting MBA admissions without considering GMAT score
1. GISMA school of business
2.Berlin school of business and innovation
3.Akademie Würth Business School
4.Berlin School of Economics and Law
5.Cologne Business School (CBS)

Hey, you've got a high score in university, great job! I think you can use some job seeker websites to find out what's currenty on the market and which skills are on demand. Another way is to analyze your own ground and where you want to go with what you have. Then find companies which fit your requirements and just call their HR specialists or PR department, or send them a resume with an elevator pitch of a great quality. You seem like a good employee, good luck!
