I have a B.Tech degree in Bio Technology, can I apply for the post of Agricultural Specialist Officer ?

Sorry.. You cannot apply .. For RRB Agri Officer the qualifications are Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Dairy/ Animal Husbandry/ Forestry/ Veterinary Science/ Agricultural Engineering/ Pisciculture from a recognized university or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate with 2 years experience. 

Biotech is not listed here./.
