Karnataka Department of Pre University Examination has reduced the syllabus for Ist year PUC students this year because of the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak, its resultant lockdown and reduction of the normal school days. A lot of students haven't been able to attend online classes because of the infrastructure in capabilities. So the reduction in syllabus becomes a boon for the students who are otherwise affected by the limited learning possibilities.
