CBSE 10th Annual Exam 2023 Maths Question papers can be downloaded easily from the attachments.
Some sample questions that came for the exam are:
1. The corner points of the feasible region in the graphical representation of a linear programming problem are (2, 72), (15, 20) and (40, 15). If
z = 18x + 9y be the objective function, then :
(a) z is maximum at (2, 72), minimum at (15, 20)
(b) z is maximum at (15, 20), minimum at (40, 15)
(c ) z is maximum at (40, 15), minimum at (15, 20)
(d) z is maximum at (40, 15), minimum at (2, 72)
2. Find the equations of the line passing through the points A(l, 2, 3) and B(3, 5, 9). Hence, find the coordinates of the points on this line which are at a distance of 14 units from point B.
3. The function f(x) = x | x | is
(A) continuous and differentiable at x = 0.
(B) continuous but not differentiable at x = 0.
(C ) differentiable but not continuous at x = 0.
(D) neither differentiable nor continuous at x = 0.
4. Two balls are drawn at random one by one with replacement from an urn containing equal number of red balls and green balls. Find the probability distribution of number of red balls. Also, find the mean of the random variable.
5.Find the equations of the diagonals of the parallelogram PQRS whose vertices are P(4, 2, -6), Q(5, -3, 1), R(12, 4, 5) and S(11, 9, -2). Use these equations to find the point of intersection of diagonals.
