Indians are mad to become doctor and that's why they are thinking to pursue degrees from Ukrain, Russia, China, Philippines and many more... Now important aspect behind pursuing degree is of clinical knowledge. If you have completed your MBBS from these countries then you would miss-
1. Epidemiology of diseases prevalent in India.
2. Interactions with people In Local language.
3. Common terminology used by patients. 
4. Guidelines for treating specific disease in India.

So once you entered in clinical or practical field you have to work hard to learn all these things. You need to converse with patients in their own local language. Just for example.  I am from Gujarat. Doing MBBS at M.P.SHAH MEDICAL COLLEGE,JAMNAGAR. Now what happening here is language problem for all those students who are from other states and selected through AIPMT. It's not big deal till Under graduation but once they get admission in Postgraduate they need to check patients and handle emergency cases. Here most of patients are Gujarati. They neither speak Hindi nor understand Hindi. So all non-gujarati (out of Gujarat) resident doctors need to converse with them in Gujarati. They are trying to learn Gujarati since the day they entered incollege for Under graduation. 
Still they are in benefits because they come across these terminology in everyday life. Teachers used to teach in Gujarati. But now consider yourself with this. Will you handle all such situations.  Once you start practicing in India you wouldn't get complaints in English. They will be in Local language. If you are hard working you will conquer this problem but epidemiology of diseases will be big challenge for you. Different countries have different health guidelines.Treatment approaches chnages with countries. Drugs effective in western countries wouldn't beeffective in India. Still if you think that you will do all of this. Then think about expenditures on doing degree from these countries.  You will need approximately 40 to 50 lakh (lac) rupees for completion of degree. Why you don't think of doing any other degree and invest that money in your field after completing graduation. My personal advice to you is Think twice before going to pursue  degree form these countries. Best luck.
