I want to come US to study cosmetology

Am a student studying in India. But now I want to come US to study cosmetology. Please help me to suggest a suitable way to approach my ambition.

You have to qualify the English proficiency test TOEFL before your admission to US institution. My brother is also doing his English from sejour linguistique new york to study abroad.
