Each body segment in the de oro kinematic sequence must transfer energy efficiently to the conventional farming next segment. Power created, beginning with the feet, is transferred through the legs, pelvis, torso and arms to be delivered at the farming intensive hand or sports implement. Each segment adds its distinct energy increase to total power. It is important that energy increases small scale farming transfer smoothly and in proper sequence. Correct sequencing allows for a biomechanically fluid motion that contributes irrigation farming more power, explosiveness and efficiency while reducing workload and risk of injury.
