In the beginning, depending on the airlines they are working for, a flight attendant's salary and allowance may be in the range of Rs16,000-35,000 (approximately) or more per month. While the maximum a senior flight attendant can earn in Air India or Indian Airlines is about Rs 75,000 per month, the pay packages offered by private domestic airlines can be much higher. Senior flight attendants working for foreign airlines can earn more than Rs 3 lakh per month.
like nbm said initially salary can start from 16-20 thousand to all the way above 50000 and more.
initially salary can be between 15 to 25000 and rise all the way above 50000 as you gain experience.
