In a welcome move, Indian Nursing Council issued a circular prohibiting nursing colleges from taking service bonds from students. The colleges cannot retain the original certificates of students. If colleges does so, they will be liable for penal action.
This move will help the nursing students very much. Many are having a trouble time of 2-5 years in the name of bonds
