What is the icome ceiling for parents for Central Sector Scholarship Scheme for College and University Students? My father is a Govt. clerk and having an income of 240,000 pa. Can I apply for this scholarship ?

The scholarship is not available for creamy layer candidates, and the present Parental Income ceiling for Central Sector Scholarship Scheme is 4.5 lakh Rs. P/a. So you can apply for the scheme.
