Eligibility: Applicants who propose to register as candidates for the MPhil or PhD degree, or for Certificate of Advanced Study in Mathematics.

Value: Tuition fees, a contribution towards airfares, a maintenance grant of £ 4,910, allowances for dependants and for periods of approved postgraduate experience as welt as an annual Scholarship Emolument of £ 150 and an annual book grant of up to £ 290.

General Information: Financial assistance may also be given towards the cost of field work, attendance at conferences and other essential academic expenses.Applicants will be required also to apply for all other research awards for which they are eligible.
