Is the correspondence course Graduate Diploma in Packaging offered by Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP), be applied only for those who are employed?

You may apply for the correspondence Graduate Diploma in Packaging course of IIP, if you have a degree in any branch from a recognized University with 1 year experience or a diploma in any branch from recognized state technical board with 2 years of working experience.
