Form where can I get the application form for FPM (Fellow Programme in Financial Management) offered by National institute in Financial Management (NIFM), Faridabad?

Application can be obtained in person or by post by sending a request with a self-stamped envelope to the Coordinator, FPM, NIFM.
Application can also be downloaded from http://wrww.nifm.ac.in
The completed application forms along with a Bank Draft for Rs. 500/- (Rupees five hundred only) drawn in favour of Accounts Officer, NIFM and payable at Faridabad and required documents should be sent to the Coordinator, FPM, NIFM.
