(B) OPERATIVE FUNCTIONS WHICH INCLUDE:

Procurement of personnel to suit the organisation need.

Development of personnel to make them able to perform their work efficiently.

Fixing of adequate and equitable remuneration to all workers.

Integration of personal interests with the interests of the organisation.

Maintenance of working force by providing better working conditions and facilities to ensure
their loyalty to their work and to the organisation.
