I am doing AMIE and completed my section A of AMIE program. Please let me know whether I am eligible for applying for GATE 2013

Yes, you are eligible.
The different catagories of candidates eligible for GATE 2013 are
B.E./B.Tech/B.Arch candidates who completed / in 4th year and going to complete the program in 2013
MSc./M.A./MCA equivalent candidates who completed / in Final year and going to complete the program in 2013
Integrated M.E./M.Tech or Dual Diploma (after 10+2 or Diploma) candidates who completed / in 4th or 5th year and going to complete the program in 2014
Integrated M.E/M.Tech (Post BSc) candidates who completed / in 2nd or 3rd or 4th year and going to complete the program in 2015
AMIE/ AMICE candidates who Completed section A or equivalent of such professional courses
